Remembering Aaliyah

Yesterday was the anniversary of Aaliyah's death. Its been 10 years I can still remember waking up to the bad news. She was such a beautiful person both inside and out. This picture was taken for i-D Magazine in September 2001. Those earrings were everything!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this song! This is the first single on her new album My Life 2: The Journey Continues. The new album, to be released October 4, is the follow up to her My Life album released in 1994. Real music will never die!!
